Scope and incorporation
These Terms of Sale govern purchases of paid subscriptions and related chargeable services offered by Besticoder through vmoox.com, app.vmoox.com, and authorized sales channels (collectively, "Paid Services").
These Terms of Sale supplement the Terms of Service and Refund Policy. If there is a conflict regarding price, billing, or delivery of Paid Services, these Terms of Sale prevail for those subjects.
Seller information
Paid Services are sold by Besticoder, sole proprietor operating from Israel. Contractual communications regarding orders and billing may be sent to the email address associated with your account.

Plans, features, and pricing
Available plans, included features, usage limits, and prices are described on our Pricing page or in an order form at the time of purchase. Features may vary by plan and region.
We may change prices, plan structures, or included features for future billing periods by providing notice before renewal or as otherwise required by law. Changes do not affect amounts already paid for the current billing period unless expressly stated or required by law.
Orders and contract formation
An order is accepted when we confirm payment or otherwise activate Paid Services on your account. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, sanctions concerns, or legal restrictions.
You are responsible for reviewing plan details, billing frequency, and applicable taxes before completing purchase. By submitting payment, you authorize us and our payment provider to charge the selected payment method.
Billing cycles and payment processing
Unless otherwise stated, subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual cycle. Payment is processed through our designated payment provider. You must maintain a valid payment method for recurring subscriptions.
If payment fails, we may retry collection, notify you, and suspend or downgrade access after any applicable grace period. You remain responsible for unpaid amounts, chargeback fees, and collection costs where permitted by law.
Taxes and invoicing
Quoted prices may exclude applicable taxes, levies, duties, and governmental charges, which will be added at checkout or invoicing where required.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing and tax information. Invoices and receipts are delivered electronically to your account email or billing portal unless otherwise agreed.
Delivery of digital services
Vmoox Paid Services are delivered electronically as software-as-a-service. No physical goods are shipped. Access generally begins when payment is confirmed or when a paid upgrade is applied to your workspace.
You are responsible for having compatible hardware, software, network connectivity, and administrative access needed to use the Service. Delivery is not complete merely because an invoice is issued; access must be technically enabled on your account.
Automatic renewal
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date through the account billing interface or by written request to billing@vmoox.com.
Renewal charges use the then-current price for your plan unless you are within a fixed-term promotional rate expressly identified at purchase. We will provide renewal notices where required by applicable law.
Cancellation and post-cancellation access
You may cancel renewal at any time effective at the end of the current paid period unless your order form states otherwise. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund for the current period except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by mandatory law.
After cancellation or expiration, access to paid features may be restricted or downgraded. You are responsible for exporting data before access ends. Vmoox is not obligated to retain workspace data indefinitely after termination.
Trials, promotions, and upgrades
We may offer free trials or promotional pricing subject to separate terms presented at signup. At the end of a trial, continued use may require payment at standard rates unless you cancel in time.
Upgrades may take effect immediately with prorated or full-period charges as displayed at purchase. Downgrades typically take effect at the next renewal unless otherwise stated.
Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact billing@vmoox.com before initiating a chargeback or payment reversal so we can investigate promptly.
Unauthorized or abusive chargebacks may result in suspension of Service access and recovery of fees, costs, and damages to the extent permitted by law and payment network rules.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms of Sale limits rights that cannot be waived under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction, including any statutory withdrawal or refund rights for distance contracts where applicable.
Where such rights apply, Vmoox will honor them in accordance with law. This document does not replace jurisdiction-specific disclosures that may be required at checkout.
