How billing works
What are tokens?
Tokens meter billable platform actions — not seats, not apps, and not each workspace separately. Your plan includes a token allowance each billing period plus total file storage across all workspaces you own.
One pool per account
The workspace owner’s plan sets one token pool. Every workspace they create draws from the same allowance — invited members use the owner’s pool inside that workspace.
Only billable actions spend tokens
Reading lists, opening records, and searching typically cost nothing. Creating records, sending WhatsApp messages, uploads, and similar actions deduct tokens when they run.
Storage is a separate cap
File storage is measured in gigabytes combined across all your workspaces. Track tokens and storage anytime under Settings → Usage after you sign up.
Examples (typical defaults)
- Create a record → 1 token
- Update or delete a record → usually free
- Send a WhatsApp message → 2 tokens
- Browse tables and open record details → free
Exact token weights are set platform-wide and may change. Free actions stay free even if your pool runs out — you just cannot run new billable actions until upgrade or the next period.

Yes. Starter includes one workspace, core catalog apps, a monthly token pool, and total storage at no charge. You only pay when you upgrade to a paid plan or buy optional token packs on eligible paid tiers.
No. Register and use Starter without payment details. A valid payment method is required only when you purchase a paid subscription or a token pack.
Each plan has one monthly or yearly price shown on this page. That price covers the plan’s workspace allowance, total storage across your workspaces, token pool per billing period, and which catalog apps you may install — not per-app subscriptions. Paid plans are billed in advance through our payment provider.
No per-seat pricing. You pay for the plan tier (workspaces, storage, tokens, included apps). Invite as many workspace members as your workflow needs — they draw from the workspace owner’s plan limits, not separate token bills.
The workspace owner’s account holds the subscription, token pool, and storage cap. All workspaces that owner creates share one pool. Members you invite use that owner’s allowance inside the workspace — we do not send separate token invoices to each teammate.
A workspace is an isolated team environment with its own apps and data. Tokens are credits spent on billable actions (for example creating a record or sending WhatsApp). Storage is total file space combined across all workspaces you own. Limits are listed on each plan card.
Free actions such as browsing lists or opening records keep working. New billable actions pause until you upgrade, buy a token pack (on eligible paid plans), or your allowance resets at the next billing period — whichever comes first.
Yes, on eligible paid plans. One-time token packs add to your balance and do not expire. Purchase them in the app under Settings → Plan & usage after you subscribe.
